Melbourne's winter is upon us so instead of heading to the movies or reading a book, come along and do something different involving real live people.
There is ample research linking laughter to good health. Many adults find that life can start to be overshadowed by more serious issues like work, mortgages, appointments and deadlines. Don't let the word "fun" become a too distant memory.
