Topics include: happiness research, relationship skills, decision making regarding finding a partner, conversation skills, cognitive behaviour therapy, meditation, counselling skills, life mapping, adjusting to growing older, motherhood, men's issues, work issues, consumer culture and games for grownups.

Get away from the stereotype. Many other cultures provide men with the opportunity to talk about lots of things with each other. Australian culture often focuses on football and drinking. This group is a chance for men to discuss life, work and relationships. More info
